1. Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital files, all digital download sales are final.
Once your files have been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Under UK law, digital products that are downloaded immediately are exempt from the right to cancel once the download begins. By purchasing a digital item from Print and Perspective, you agree to this condition.

2. Physical Prints & Frames
We want your prints to arrive in perfect condition.

Returns: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items: As each print is made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

Order errors: Please double-check your shipping address and order details before checkout. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect information provided by the customer.

Colour variation: Please note that colours may vary slightly between your screen and the final print due to monitor calibration and print materials. Such variations do not qualify as defects.

Yes. Once your order is printed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
As all prints are made to order, we can only modify or cancel your order if it hasn’t entered production yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at printandperspective.shop@gmail.com.
Once you purchase a digital print, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link. You can then print it at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printer of your choice.

Yes. You can print it for personal use as many times as you like. However, reselling or sharing the file is not permitted.
Because all prints are made to order and digital downloads are instant, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your print is damaged or defective, please email us at printandperspective.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.
No, digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.
Our prints are produced through Gelato, a global print partner known for high-quality fine art printing and local fulfilment. This ensures consistent quality and faster delivery wherever you are.
We use museum-quality, acid-free paper with a matte finish to preserve the natural tones and details of each photograph.
If you choose a framed option, yes — each frame is crafted to complement the image and includes hanging hardware. If you select an unframed print, you’ll receive the print only.
