  • All photographs and prints are original works created by our artist, Alen.

  • Physical prints are made to order, ensuring minimal waste and premium quality.

  • Digital downloads are delivered instantly via secure email link after purchase.

  • Colours and tones may vary slightly depending on screen settings and print materials.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • We accept payments through secure, encrypted gateways.

  • Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

  • Orders may only be changed or cancelled if production has not yet begun.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship physical prints worldwide via our print partner, Gelato.

  • Production time is typically 2–5 business days before dispatch.

  • Delivery times depend on your region and shipping method.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.

5. Digital Downloads

  • Digital files are provided as high-resolution JPEGs suitable for personal use and printing.

  • You may print them for personal use as many times as you wish.

  • Sharing, reselling, or redistributing digital files is not permitted.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Because all prints are made to order and digital products are delivered instantly, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • If your order is damaged, please contact us within 7 days at printandperspective.shop@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All images, text, and content on this site are the property of Print & Perspective and protected by copyright law.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content commercially without prior written consent.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
