Where do you ship?
We currently ship physical prints worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the print size you choose.

How long does delivery take?
Each print is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by delivery times depending on your region

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is printed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As all prints are made to order, we can only modify or cancel your order if it hasn’t entered production yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at printandperspective.shop@gmail.com.

How do digital prints work?
Once you purchase a digital print, you’ll receive an email with a secure download link. You can then print it at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printer of your choice.

When will I get my digital file?
Immediately after checkout. The link is sent automatically to the email used during purchase.

What format are digital prints provided in?
Digital files are provided as high-resolution JPEGs suitable for printing in multiple sizes.

Can I print the digital file more than once?
Yes. You can print it for personal use as many times as you like. However, reselling or sharing the file is not permitted.

Do you accept returns?
Because all prints are made to order and digital downloads are instant, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your print is damaged or defective, please email us at printandperspective.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.

Do you offer refunds for digital products?
No, digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered.

Who handles the printing and fulfilment?
Our prints are produced through Gelato, a global print partner known for high-quality fine art printing and local fulfilment. This ensures consistent quality and faster delivery wherever you are.

What kind of paper do you use?
We use museum-quality, acid-free paper with a matte finish to preserve the natural tones and details of each photograph.

Are the frames included?
If you choose a framed option, yes — each frame is crafted to complement the image and includes hanging hardware. If you select an unframed print, you’ll receive the print only.

Do you offer custom sizes?
If you need a specific size not listed on our website, send us an email and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I use your photos commercially?
All images are for personal use only unless a commercial licence is explicitly purchased. For licensing inquiries, contact printandperspective.shop@gmail.com.

How are the images created?
All photographs are captured and edited by Alen, the photographer behind Print & Perspective. Each image represents a quiet moment, a sense of stillness, and the beauty of perspective.
