Refund Policy

We aim for every customer to love their purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.

1. Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital files, all digital download sales are final.
Once your files have been delivered or downloaded, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Under UK law, digital products that are downloaded immediately are exempt from the right to cancel once the download begins. By purchasing a digital item from Print and Perspective, you agree to this condition.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us at printandperspective.shop@gmail.com, and we’ll help resolve the problem.

2. Physical Prints & Frames

We want your prints to arrive in perfect condition.

  • Returns: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Non-returnable items: As each print is made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

  • Order errors: Please double-check your shipping address and order details before checkout. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • Colour variation: Please note that colours may vary slightly between your screen and the final print due to monitor calibration and print materials. Such variations do not qualify as defects.

  • International orders: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local duties applied by their country.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
